Setup C44 Email in Outlook 2016

A recent patch to Outlook >= 2016 changed the behavior how Outlook is handling Autodiscover. Since then Outlook always talks to Office 365 first. This causes a authentication conflict as our C44 Hamburg office is using Outlook 365 for some of the accounts. Therefore your Outlook has to be setup manually:
